It had magnificent and perfect location, just next door to transport links and restaurants, and Rhone river.

The stay here was real good for one night. The location was excellent, just a walking distance from Place Carnot. Further, it was just off the main city centre, grocery store and sightseeing, accessing restaurants.

Had a double room with A/C, comfortable bed, for example and I liked it.

Only 15 minutes walk from Ampere-Victor Hugo tube station. Functional and modern room with a double bed, marvellous position.

The staff was awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Room was good size but pretty empty. Parking was available for a good price.

It was in the right location for us. Minutes from the main road and next to a large public car park. Around the corner was a lovely children's park - great for our three kids after such a long drive. Then it is an easy walk into town to eat. Hotelo is clean and good value. It has a calmness throughout which we liked. Nice personal service. In the morning the lobby is converted into a lovely relaxed breakfast room and we were served a nice varied fresh breakfast - highly recommended. We would stay here again without hesitation and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you Hotelo!

A selection of fresh fruit and/or a fruit salad available at breakfast would have been nice (sadly my wife couldn't enjoy the lovely fresh breads provided as she is coliac and everything has to be wheat/gluten free)

Hotelo is an excellent place to stay. The look is a great combination of modern design in a traditional building. The location is good - near Gare Lyon Perrache - just a few stops from old Lyon on the metro. There is a wonderful restaurant - Brasserie Georges - just accross from the hotel. This is a classic Lyon restaurant - with a simple elegance and great food - at reasonable prices. Hotelo is highly recommended.

Friendly and Welcoming Staff

I recently stayed at Hotelo Lyon Charite and I was impressed by the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink. The service here is top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Great location 3 minutes walk to Perrache station and 15 minutes to Bellecour, elegant interior, friendly staff, reasonable fare.

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient and close to the Perrache Train Station. The rooms were comfortable, with a large bed, heating, and air conditioning. The washroom had all the necessary amenities and the room was quiet. The hotel also provided free wifi in both the room and the lobby. The breakfast was good, especially for French people. The hotel had a private garage nearby for parking with a reservation. the hotel offered a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very central location was a plus. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Perrache tube station. The room we booked was reasonably sized, with air-con, comfortable bed, for example.

The hotel was quirky and the staff was especially welcoming, it had excellent location right on the tram line. I got nicely furnished and air-conditioned room for a refrigerator. The cost was £ 101. I came here for 2 nights and had a really good stay.

It was a lovely small and quaint hotel in a shopping area, not far from the city center as well as the attractions. The staff was well-mannered, excellent service.
